Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had a skills test and a drug test. The skills test was like a short Wonderlic. Then, I had an interview with two people who asked questions back and forth. It felt pretty relaxed and conversational. Finally, I interviewed with the regional director. This was also very conversational and focused on whether I'd be a good personality fit for the team.

The interview process felt pretty chill but also serious, you know? They seemed more focused on what a candidate could become rather than just what they've already done.

I first did a phone interview, and then I went in for an IQ test and spoke with a couple of managers. The final interview was with the same manager and the site manager.
