After a phone interview, I had to wait a while for corporate approval before the in-person interview, which I understand. The interview itself was pretty standard. I mostly let my experience do the talking. I have 5 years of forklift experience and 15 years in customer service, which I think is relevant since we're serving customers. I did some research on the company beforehand, and they seemed to appreciate that.
The hiring process is conducted online and over the phone, with assessments at each stage. Some roles may involve multiple interviews, and the final interview typically includes a drug test.
Had a two-person interview where they alternated asking questions. It felt like a lot for a 17-hour job. After the long conference room interview, we took a tour of the warehouse. They also did a drug test after the interview, even though they didn't give me a job offer.
