Candidate-reported interview process
The interview was virtual and lasted about an hour. I talked with two current Catastrophe Adjusters. They hit me with about 5 behavior star questions and then asked me some stuff about Xactimate.
The interview process was pretty standard and felt easy and quick. The questions they asked were also pretty standard and it wasn't difficult at all. Nothing else to really say about the structured questions and such. The interview itself was only about 45 minutes, and it went by super fast.
I had to do an on-demand online interview, basically got a link to this platform where I could record myself answering stuff. I got three tries for each question. Had 48 hours to get it done.
