Candidate-reported interview process

This interview process was more in-depth than what I experienced at other insurance companies. They asked some great questions, but they were looking for genuine, unique answers, not the typical ones they've heard countless times. Salary discussions can be tricky, but don't hesitate to ask for what you believe you're worth. Just make sure you're ready to justify it.

The interview process was straightforward. I interviewed directly with the owner of the agency. The interviewer was extremely professional and seemed more focused on ensuring we were a mutual fit for her team.

I had one interview with the owner, first over the phone, then in person at their office. They offered me the job, but I turned it down because it wasn't a remote position. The questions were pretty basic, the kind you'd expect in any interview.
