Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was okay. Be ready for an internet speed test. Also, have details and stats about your last AEP readily available.

Had 2 interviews. First one was online where I had to record my answers to some questions, no time limit. Second interview was a face-to-face Zoom call with the Market leader, who is a manager. They asked some basic behavioral questions.

The interview was great. The recruiter was ready and answered all my questions. This is a competitive role, like other insurance sales jobs. The starting hours are usually at night and include at least one weekend shift.
