It was a 4 round interview process. There were 2 Technical interviews (with SMEs in India and US), 1 Managerial interview, and 1 HR interview. The questions were about the basics of technology in use. They seemed to not like that I mentioned money as a reason for changing companies. The HR recruiter was really helpful in making the whole process smooth. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes between interviews. They insisted on meeting in person for tech review, which felt like a lot because I had to travel from another city. However, they made sure to finish the entire process in one day, which saved me the trouble of traveling back and forth.
Worst company and worst interview process. HR doesn't know the job description and they call you simply. After getting selected for the job, the reply you get from HR is that they are looking for a junior guy. Worst HR and worst process.
The recruitment process was comfortable. There were 3 rounds in total, all technical. It included a manager round and an HR round. For me, the interviews were spread over 2 days. The first day had the technical and manager interviews. After 5 days, the HR interview was conducted over a call.
