The interview mainly involved talking about my resume and the projects I've done before. They wanted to understand my work experience better, especially how deep my technical skills go and if I understand how technology applies to business. It was a good chat where I could explain my abilities and how they fit the job.
So first, we do this call, usually on the phone, just to see if you're even qualified. Then, we dig a bit more into your experience and if you'd be a good fit culturally. This part might have some behavioral/situational questions. Oh, and we might do a background check too.
Had a good experience and met a good team. The interview went well, though I wasn't selected. Overall, it was a good experience with a good team at Allstate. Allstate is a good company globally and in India.
