Alliance Global Services Interview Questions

So first HR set me up to talk to the operations manager. Then, an employee from finance called to set up an interview with themself and the head of finance. It felt a bit disorganized and like maybe HR and Finance weren't on the same page.

Campus placement interview had 4 rounds. First was an online test with 4 sections: Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Coding. Second was a Group Discussion. Third was a Technical round. Fourth was an HR round.

First, they gave us a quick intro about the company, their culture, and the types of clients they work with. Then, the interview process was: a written test with aptitude and technical questions, followed by a face-to-face technical round, and then a face-to-face HR round, and finally a discussion with the HR Manager.
