Candidate-reported interview process

The interview had three rounds. The first was a technical round focused on Core Java. If you passed that, you'd go to the manager round, which mostly involved design patterns, responsibilities, and past code challenges. The last round was HR, mainly about salary discussions and negotiations.

Interview was very genuine and they give importance to verbal communication skills. It was of 3 rounds and the manager was really good and friendly. The rounds were technical 1st round, technical 2nd round, and a managerial round.
