Campus placement interview had 4 rounds. First was an online test with 4 sections: Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Coding. Second was a Group Discussion. Third was a Technical round. Fourth was an HR round.
First, they gave us a quick intro about the company, their culture, and the types of clients they work with. Then, the interview process was: a written test with aptitude and technical questions, followed by a face-to-face technical round, and then a face-to-face HR round, and finally a discussion with the HR Manager.
It's a pretty easy one-day interview process with four rounds. First, there's a written test that's mostly general aptitude. Then, a group discussion. After that, a technical interview, which isn't too hard; having enough knowledge in C/Java/DBMS should be sufficient. Finally, an HR round with basic questions like 'why Alliance?' and 'What is your dream company?'. Overall, it's a decent interview process, not too hard to crack.
