Alida Interview Questions

I had three interviews with Alida before getting kindly rejected. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, especially the Talent Coordinator I worked with. Only red flag is the fact that if I had passed the third interview, there would have been another 3~ interviews or so. I don't know why companies insist on doing so many interviews these days, but that's neither here nor there.

It was a pretty long process, like six interviews or even more. One of the interviews included a role play. It finished with a call with the CEO, but that was more like a casual meet and greet. Honestly, the people were nice, so it was a decent experience overall.

It started with a recruiter phone screen, then a panel interview with two managers. The next step was supposed to be a panel with a case study, followed by a final interview with the CEO. I got through the first two stages and was set for the case study. I actually prepped a deck for it, but on the day of, it got postponed with no new date set. A few days later, I had the CEO interview. He asked really vague questions that were tough to answer, and I felt like I was constantly being interrupted. A few days after that, I was rejected. It felt like a waste of time since I never got to present the case study deck I worked so hard on.
