Candidate-reported interview process

First, a phone call, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. After that, an in-person group interview with the hiring manager and director of sales, where you'll present a case study on how you'd contact a business that could benefit from Vision Criticals products.

The interview process involved an initial phone conversation followed by a video interview. They primarily asked behavioral questions, focusing on how you would handle challenging situations. The interviewers were approachable and attentive, aiming to understand your authentic self.

This was one of the best interview processes I've experienced. It started with a phone call with an HR Specialist, followed by an in-person meeting with the team lead and the VP of Sales Enablement. The final step was another phone call with the VP of Sales. The company seems to have a great culture, amazing people, and offers good career growth potential.
