After applying and completing an assessment, I was selected to move forward. The hiring manager was sick, but they rescheduled the interview quickly. The first interview went well, but unfortunately, I wasn't selected to proceed further. Despite the disappointment, I appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. They were transparent and efficient, which I really valued.
I had a really great interview experience overall. Tanner, the recruiter, was super communicative, fast, and very nice. Everyone else I spoke with was great too. The whole process was pretty quick and simple. It started with a call from the recruiter, then there was a 3-part interview which involved practicing writing a cold email, doing a cold call, and a general interview. Plus, their office is really nice, which is a big bonus.
