After applying and completing an assessment, I was selected to move forward. The hiring manager was sick, but they rescheduled the interview quickly. The first interview went well, but unfortunately, I wasn't selected to proceed further. Despite the disappointment, I appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. They were transparent and efficient, which I really valued.

I had a really great interview experience overall. Tanner, the recruiter, was super communicative, fast, and very nice. Everyone else I spoke with was great too. The whole process was pretty quick and simple. It started with a call from the recruiter, then there was a 3-part interview which involved practicing writing a cold email, doing a cold call, and a general interview. Plus, their office is really nice, which is a big bonus.

Me contactaron por LinkedIn, inicialmente en inglés, pero el primer contacto fue en español. La primera parte fue para conocerme, luego me conectaron con el Hiring Manager, después con stakeholders y finalmente una entrevista para evaluar mi curva de crecimiento. Me entusiasma la posibilidad de unirme, pero creo que es importante prepararse bien y asegurar una buena conexión con el manager.
