Candidate-reported interview process

I had a really great interview experience overall. Tanner, the recruiter, was super communicative, fast, and very nice. Everyone else I spoke with was great too. The whole process was pretty quick and simple. It started with a call from the recruiter, then there was a 3-part interview which involved practicing writing a cold email, doing a cold call, and a general interview. Plus, their office is really nice, which is a big bonus.

It was a quick process, usually wrapped up in under a week. There were 3 interviews in total. The first one involved a mock cold call, the second a mock email, and the third was a chat.

The interview process was a mix of interviews and scenarios, which gave me a good feel for the company and its culture beforehand. I felt it was fair and assessed my ability to complete the role.
