The process involved submitting an application, followed by an initial screening. Then there was a first-round interview focusing on skills and motivation. After that, a technical or case interview took place, leading to a final panel interview. Finally, they extended an offer and provided feedback. The whole experience was smooth, and I heard back pretty quickly.
I only did the first step with the VP and associate, which lasted about 2 hours and had many technical questions. Standard questions on valuation methods, EBITDA adjustments, and net financial debt. I don't have info on the next steps.
It was a structured but really tough interview process with multiple technical interviews, a valuation case study, and some behavioral questions. The interviewers were professional but definitely demanding. Things moved fast, they had high expectations, and I didn't get much feedback, but overall it felt fair and gave me good insights. It was very finance-focused and centered around the company culture.
