Candidate-reported interview process

The process involved submitting an application, followed by an initial screening. Then there was a first-round interview focusing on skills and motivation. After that, a technical or case interview took place, leading to a final panel interview. Finally, they extended an offer and provided feedback. The whole experience was smooth, and I heard back pretty quickly.

I only did the first step with the VP and associate, which lasted about 2 hours and had many technical questions. Standard questions on valuation methods, EBITDA adjustments, and net financial debt. I don't have info on the next steps.

First, there's the Take Home test, which you do on your own, and then the initial contact with HR. After that, a technical case based on '400 Investment Banking questions', and finally, a presentation with management.
