Alantra Analyst interviews, decoded.

It was a structured but really tough interview process with multiple technical interviews, a valuation case study, and some behavioral questions. The interviewers were professional but definitely demanding. Things moved fast, they had high expectations, and I didn't get much feedback, but overall it felt fair and gave me good insights. It was very finance-focused and centered around the company culture.

There were 4 interview rounds. They included both technical and behavioural questions. The different rounds were with people from the team, starting with the most junior and ending with the managing partners.

The interview process was pretty smooth and the interviewer tried to guide my answers. Everything went well, but having a solid understanding of the company's main business was really essential. I'd say it was all great, but unfortunately, I didn't get the offer in the end.
