Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was alright. It started with a screener, and then there was a 2-hour callback interview. They gave us plenty of time to ask questions in each interview, so make sure you've got yours ready. You can also talk to HR after the interviews.
The interview was very relaxed and informal. We had a natural conversation, and I felt comfortable enough to share everything I wanted to. The initial screening questions were standard and appropriate. I was asked two behavioral questions, so it's definitely worth practicing those.
The interview process was pretty straightforward with competency-based questions. They asked things like 'tell me about a time you were resilient'. There were also motivational questions about the firm and your interest in law. If you have about 7-8 experiences ready, you should be good to go.
