Candidate-reported interview process

You'll chat with other paralegals, associates, and senior counsel. The interviews are really friendly and they're super open. It's a 3-step process: first, you talk to the hiring manager, then you have a call with the professional staff, and finally, there's a three-part interview with the whole team.

The two partners who interviewed me were nice and engaging, though one was much more so than the other. They explained the role quickly, but I wish they had gone into more detail. Overall, it was a pretty good interview process.

The interview process was straightforward and seamless. Everyone was very helpful. I had interviews both in person and over the phone. I interviewed in the New York office and everyone seemed very nice.
