I applied online and about a week later, someone from HR called me. She then scheduled a phone interview for a different day. I got an email confirming the interview with more details. The phone interview was pretty standard, nothing too crazy. It was relaxed and they asked direct questions.
The recruiter (Robert Half International) told me about an Accountant II job at Akerman. First, I had a phone interview with an HR rep. Then, I had an in-person interview with the Accounting Manager, followed by the Controller. After that, it took about 2 weeks until the recruiter let me know I got the offer.
They looked at my resume', then they called me in for an interview, and they mentioned they had more candidates to see. About a week later, they rang me up to say I got the job.
