It was an all-phone process, and it went really smoothly. The partners I talked to were all super nice and happy to answer any questions I had. I also chatted with a couple of associates who seemed to genuinely like working at Akerman.
Had a screener that was very conversational. Just hold a conversation and show you are competent, but it helps to know info about the firm. Truly your opportunity to win or lose.
It started with a screening interview, then I interviewed with a few lawyers for just under two hours. It was all online. They mainly wanted to get to know me and dig into my resume, past work, and general abilities.
