Candidate-reported interview process
It was a multi-step and quite thorough interview process. I first met with some partners on the team, then with the head of the group. The head of the group seemed to have already decided before we even talked. It was pretty much what I expected though.
Had a 30 minute call where they talked about the role. Then they asked me about my past experience, especially regarding client interaction. It seemed to go well because it ran a bit over the scheduled time.
This interview process wasn't very productive. It felt like they had already made up their mind before the interview started, so I'm not sure why they went through with it. The interviews themselves were cold and they seemed disinterested from the beginning.
