Candidate-reported interview process

It was good, they asked me questions on networking, dbs, ai and crypto. I also got asked some aptitude questions and some quizzes, and about my hobbies, that was it. Then I asked them questions.

Four interviews happened. A recruiter guided me through each step, which was very clear. I felt supported throughout. The whole team was friendly, approachable, and open, which I really liked.

It was a long and drawn out 7-step process for a startup. First, a recruiter call, then an interview with the CPO, followed by an interview with a PM, then an interview with an Engineer. After that, there was a panel interview, and a behavioral interview. Then, finally, an offer. I had to follow up multiple times with the recruiter. The interviews with the CPO and PM were great. The engineer seemed disinterested though. It was clear they didn't really know what they wanted for the role, and they ended up taking it down from their site.
