Candidate-reported interview process

It was good, they asked me questions on networking, dbs, ai and crypto. I also got asked some aptitude questions and some quizzes, and about my hobbies, that was it. Then I asked them questions.

So I started with a take-home coding challenge, then I had a behavioral chat, and after that, there was a technical interview. Then came two more live coding tests. The whole thing spanned about a month. After the last tests, they wanted to do another technical interview, but I passed on that.

Standard loop of tech interviews. The mission of the company is notable (working to improve the healthcare industry), but in terms of company culture and diversity, AKASA has a lot to work on.
