First, a 45 min chat with the recruiter, where they asked about my projects and experiences. Then, a 1-hour meeting with the team lead, covering my projects, experiences, and general questions about CI/CD. Finally, a 1-hour session with the CTO, focusing on my projects, experiences, and some abstract scenario-based questions, with follow-ups on my background.
The interview process at Aha! was really well-thought-out and moved quickly. They kept me informed the whole time. The questions they asked were about product success, and they really showed off both technical skills and how I solve problems for customers. I liked how collaborative it felt, the structure, and how they focused on whether I'd fit with the company culture. It gave me a good feel for Aha!’s values and how they work.
I had a screening interview with a recruiter over Zoom. It felt rushed, and the recruiter seemed distracted and uninterested. It was a bit awkward to answer his questions while he seemed uninterested from the beginning. It appears to be a reputable company, but the recruiter didn't seem very engaged in the conversation.
