The interview process was really smooth. The recruiter was super responsive and supportive, which made it even better. Talking with the team and the CTO gave me a clear picture of what working at Adverity is like, regarding culture and technical expectations. The whole thing felt welcoming, clear, and focused on practical skills, not just theory. It was a good experience.
I really liked interviewing for the Account Manager position at Adverity. Everyone I talked to was super nice, friendly, and professional. The whole process had 4 steps: first, a chat with HR. Then, a talk with the hiring manager. After that, we did a deeper dive with the hiring manager and a department lead, where we reviewed the task I did and discussed my background more. Finally, I met with the VP of Account Management and the CRO. Seriously, everyone was great and made me want the job even more. So happy I got an offer and I'm excited to accept!
The HR meeting was alright, but the technical challenge was tougher than I thought. I didn't pass. It was a cool challenge though. Make sure to prep more before jumping into interviews. Peace
