Candidate-reported interview process

I did a practical home assignment, then a 1-hour technical interview focusing on Python, concurrency, and databases. After that, there was a 0.5-hour follow-up interview where I could fix mistakes from the previous stage. They gave feedback quickly after each stage.

So the interview had two parts, first up was a 1-hour technical interview that was all about Python and how we might distribute data computation. Then, there was a 30-minute chat covering both technical stuff and talking about my past experiences.

The first step was a recruiter call with a really kind person. Then there was a take-home assignment which was nice but a bit too big. The technical interview questions were pretty average. I think the company seems like a good place to work, but ultimately I didn't get an offer because, from what I gather, I missed two theoretical questions.
