Candidate-reported interview process
It was a multi-stage process. Started with a recruiter call, then a case study, and a verbal chat with a Director/VP. Then an in-office case study (2 hrs) and a 45 min behavioral/personality test. Finally, a commercial/investor acumen interview.
They said it was for a permanent role but ended up only offering fixed-term contracts. It was 3 stages: first a 30 min remote chat with the hiring manager, then a remote technical case study with the hiring manager, and finally a culture fit and business case discussion with the hiring manager.
Started with a casual virtual chat, then had two first-round interviews with a mix of questions about motivation and technical stuff, and then a case study. I had 48 hours to prep and write up a memo, and then presented it in person.
