Candidate-reported interview process

It was a multi-stage process. Started with a recruiter call, then a case study, and a verbal chat with a Director/VP. Then an in-office case study (2 hrs) and a 45 min behavioral/personality test. Finally, a commercial/investor acumen interview.

Started with a casual virtual chat, then had two first-round interviews with a mix of questions about motivation and technical stuff, and then a case study. I had 48 hours to prep and write up a memo, and then presented it in person.

I had a modelling test, spent 2 hours in a room building an LBO and writing an investment thesis. No direct contact or feedback on my CV or the modelling test. Very tight on time to complete everything to a good standard.
