Incredible experience with a steep learning curve. The team is happy to teach, and the culture is nice. I even learned a lot during the interview. Make sure to be solid with your technicals.
First, I had a 15min screener with HR. Then, there was a behavioral round. The third round had a technical interview with high-level questions, followed by another behavioral interview. The final round was a quick 15min call with the VP, which felt like just a check to see if I was a real person.
I applied online and had to answer some business-related questions on my application, then I had 3 interviews in a row with Associates and got an offer.
