I had a really bad time with the Advantmed L2 interview. The person interviewing me, who has over 10 years of experience, was super unprofessional. She seemed tired, didn't pay attention to my answers, and even looked like she was talking to someone else while I was speaking. It felt like she was just reading questions without actually listening to my responses. This was one of the most disrespectful interviews I've ever been through and gave me a really poor impression of their hiring process.
This was a pathetic, bad experience. They never select candidates. It seems like the Insite employees don't want to hire outsiders for company growth. Whatever is written for this company is true: small size, less experienced, and immature management. Better to go to a good company.
It was a 2-round process. The first round went well, and the second round was also good, I answered 80% of the questions correctly. However, the manager expects 100% correct answers for selection based on the feedback. It's hard to understand how anyone can provide 100% correct answers unless they've worked at the same company or already knew the questions. It's unclear on what basis they are rejecting and selecting candidates, it seems to be based solely on references.
