So first you apply and we look at your resume. If we think you're a good fit, we'll probably give you a call or a video call. Then there's like, more interviews to see if you know stuff and if you'd be good here. Sometimes we give you a test or something to do. Then we check your references and if everything looks good, we offer you the job.
Two stages via Zoom, little flexibility with scheduling, lack of follow-up with the candidate, updates via WhatsApp, although the process was slow and I had to ask about updates to know the status.
The company is very well organized, management and HR are very attentive, everyone is very nice. I found yesterday's game to be super relaxed, but the external team isn't doing well for this, and we can't be afraid of what will happen differently, nothing else will happen and there will be another game.
