Two stages via Zoom, little flexibility with scheduling, lack of follow-up with the candidate, updates via WhatsApp, although the process was slow and I had to ask about updates to know the status.
It was a smooth and organized process. First, there was an interview with other candidates, followed by a written test. Then, a second interview took place where they asked me about my career plans.
Applied online via the careers page after seeing the job ad. Went through two interviews. Got the offer about a week later.
