So first you apply and we look at your resume. If we think you're a good fit, we'll probably give you a call or a video call. Then there's like, more interviews to see if you know stuff and if you'd be good here. Sometimes we give you a test or something to do. Then we check your references and if everything looks good, we offer you the job.

Adient wanted to do a phone screening, then a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. The phone interview had a few people from the engineering team. The in-person interview was with other management from the facility.

After submitting your application on online job platforms, your profile will be shortlisted. The interview is usually offline and conducted in Japanese. Basic English proficiency is required.
