So I had this really bad experience with this company. HR reached out and set up a time to talk with the hiring manager. After that, they just disappeared. No one said anything, no replies. It really felt like they didn't care about my time or the effort I put in. I wouldn't bother with them if I were you.
I had three conversations. The first one was with the hiring manager, then I chatted with two team members, and finally, I spoke with the CMO, which was the most challenging part but gave me a great sense of the team's vibe.
It was a smooth process with HR and the hiring manager. We did a case study and they asked questions about my overall working experience, focusing on my past projects and roles. They were flexible with changing dates and gave good feedback between sessions.
