Candidate-reported interview process

So I had a good chat with the hiring manager, then I did a coding test and after that, a panel interview. I actually got an offer but I passed on it, still, it was a pretty good experience.

It was a typical RH interview where the recruiter asked about my experience and prompted me to elaborate on myself. About a week later, I received a rejection, with the reason being a technical mismatch with the team.

Recruiter call where they explain the full process. Backend roles typically have 4 technical interviews. The first is a take-home test (initial filter). The second is with an Adevintas engineer. The third focuses on data structures, and the last is on algorithms, conducted via video call.
