Candidate-reported interview process
The interview was mostly HR-centred with few technical civil core questions related to pumps and turbines. According to me, people were looking for a person with good communication and problem-solving skills. It also consisted of a Group Discussion round.
It was a one-day process, and they came to our college to hire both males and females. They were mostly providing for an industrial job. They did select 2-3 females from our college, but they never joined.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, mostly focusing on the basics as if it were for campus placements. They asked about my projects, training, and favorite subjects, with a specific emphasis on thermodynamics. They also wanted to know about my contributions to projects and how I worked as a team member.
