The interview was mostly HR-centred with few technical civil core questions related to pumps and turbines. According to me, people were looking for a person with good communication and problem-solving skills. It also consisted of a Group Discussion round.
It was a multiple round interview process that involved shortlisting, a group discussion, and a final interview. The difficulty level was medium. To get an edge in the interview, you need to know about all the businesses the group has.
So the interview process, it's all about really listening to what they're asking you, and then giving answers that are smart and sound good, and show them you have the skills and experience they need. You also gotta show them you're actually interested in the job and the company. And don't forget to ask them questions too, like good ones about the company and the job, so it feels like you're both talking, not just them asking you stuff.
