The interview process was pretty straightforward, mostly focusing on the basics as if it were for campus placements. They asked about my projects, training, and favorite subjects, with a specific emphasis on thermodynamics. They also wanted to know about my contributions to projects and how I worked as a team member.
Got a call from a consultant and set up a phone interview. After that, we scheduled a date for the final round, which I had at Mundra.
So basically, after you apply, they screen your application, then there's some initial tests, then technical interviews, then you talk to the hiring manager, then HR talks about the offer and salary, and then they do reference checks and give you the job offer, and then you get onboarded. It's a pretty thorough process to see if you fit.
