Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was conducted by a panel, which included a technical person. They asked questions to understand my past experience and also to assess my technical knowledge. Several questions focused on gender work, and there was also a focus on monitoring and reporting, in addition to competency-based questions during the interview.

We had an assessment that could have been a presentation or a written test, followed by a panel interview in person. This was repeated three times.

Had a poor experience with HR coordination. There was no feedback given after a two-hour assessment, and multiple attempts to follow up were ignored. Management should really improve their recruitment process and be more respectful of people's time.
