It was a long and unclear hiring process, very unorganized. The people were nice but took a long time to respond. It felt like management hadn't really recovered from 2017 yet. The interview feedback wasn't clear. Honestly, I was happy I didn't get the offer because I got the sense it would have been a bad place to work.

The interview process involved 4 steps: first a chat with HR, then a written test, then an interview with the head of department, and finally an interview with a field officer. The interviews were generally friendly and interesting, though still challenging. The written test was okay, but having knowledge of regional dynamics or project management was a definite plus.

First, I had an interview with HR, which was pretty chill, just asking standard stuff like why I want to work there, what I liked about the job, and to go over my resume. Then, there was a case study, where they gave me a past project of theirs to work on. The last interview was with the department manager, and they asked pretty much the same questions as HR.
