Had a poor experience with HR coordination. There was no feedback given after a two-hour assessment, and multiple attempts to follow up were ignored. Management should really improve their recruitment process and be more respectful of people's time.

So, basically there was a test and then an interview. They never told me the result after the interview, so it seemed really disorganized. The written test was okay difficulty-wise, and I heard back about it pretty fast.

It began with a call from HR, then I spoke with the hiring manager, and finally the Practice Director. It was a pretty typical process with the standard questions about experience, managing your superiors, and handling disagreements...
