The entire hiring process took over four months to complete, which felt like a lot of time. The communication from the recruiter, Rose, was very sparse, with only one response to my emails over several weeks. While the interviews themselves were acceptable, the overall candidate experience at ACV was quite poor and felt disrespectful of my time. I am fine not getting the job, but I am not okay with how my time and effort were not valued.
It was a decent interview process and they expect a lot out of you. If you are willing to put in the work you will be able to soak up the benefits
I had an initial call with a recruiter, and then a zoom interview with the hiring manager. It felt more like a chat and they went over my resume points. It's hard to say where things went wrong as it seemed like very few questions were actually asked. They mentioned that if things progressed, the next steps would be a case assignment and a panel interview.
