It was a decent interview process and they expect a lot out of you. If you are willing to put in the work you will be able to soak up the benefits
This was a LONG interview process, lasting 2.5 months and involving 4 different interviews. I had to proactively reach out multiple times via calls and emails to get updates. At one point, a manager seemed very positive about my candidacy, even discussing start dates, but then 5 weeks later, I was informed they chose a different direction.
Honestly, it felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I have more experience than needed, but I haven't worked in this industry for a bit. They hired others who haven't been in the auto biz for 10 years, which is baffling. I don't appreciate criticism from someone who hasn't been to college since '84 and doesn't even have a degree in their field. Reading reviews, it seems upper management isn't great. After a follow-up, I was told they finished interviews, but the job was reposted a week later. Incompetence is bad enough, but incompetence coupled with lying is unacceptable.
