We started with an initial screening, then an interview with HR, followed by a panel interview. The panel had 3 interviews with 2 people, a mix of senior leadership and HR. We also did a site tour before the interviews.
The whole process was pretty smooth and went by fast. They set up an initial call, and I got past that. Then there was a group interview with people from different departments, and each of those was an hour long. They gave me the offer about a week after my last interview.
After a few interview rounds with the hiring manager and a team panel, which were scheduled at their convenience, I got ghosted for over three weeks. No replies to my follow-ups, no status updates, not even an automated rejection. I wasn't asking for detailed feedback, just basic closure. As a professional from a top-tier organization, I spent a lot of time and effort on this. It's disappointing and disrespectful to see the same position reposted repeatedly while candidates are left with no communication. Hiring is a two-way commitment. A simple status update costs nothing, but silence wastes time, erodes trust, and reflects poorly on the employer brand. Candidates deserve better.
