Candidate-reported interview process
I applied, and then HR gave me a ring. After that, I had an online interview with the finance director and a manager. Then, I had another online interview with the user and another manager. I also had to do an online assessment. Finally, I discussed the offer with HR.
The process was mainly an intro with HR, followed by a more detailed call with HR to determine if you'd interview with the Global Head. If you pass that, there's a panel business case presentation, and HR also gives a TMA. There might be another interview with the Managing Director before the offer stage. The business case interview was really interesting, and they were open to any questions. They explained the job description and position well, with good time allocation and efficient recruitment stages.
The first step was a quick 15-minute phone chat where they asked me some non-technical stuff. They mentioned the next step would be to talk to the hiring manager.
