Candidate-reported interview process

I spoke with three junior people who were really arrogant. They didn't focus on account manager skills or what I could bring to enhance the portfolio. It was pretty superficial overall.

I got contacted about 2 months after I applied, the interview went well, and they said they'd follow up the next week. It took them another 3 weeks to get back to me with a rejection. So yeah, timing isn't their strong suit.

ACT's interview process was quick and pleasant. A recruiter reached out via Linkedin and after an initial screening call, I spoke with the hiring manager. Then there was a call with a colleague that felt like a cultural and language check. The final stage was an in-person case study that was tough but enjoyable and relevant to the job, with a Director present. An offer was quickly extended, followed by negotiation and contract review. The initial salary offer was based solely on age/years of experience, not potential value-add, but this was resolved with my future manager's help and strong negotiation.
