Candidate-reported interview process

Multiple recruiters contact you at once, which can be confusing. Some recruiters might place you in regions outside your usual work area. The interview process includes an initial phone interview with recruiters, followed by a Zoom meeting, and then a behavioral interview.

First, I had a call with a recruiter who just asked about my work history and when I'd be available. Then, I had a second interview over the phone with the person who would be my manager, and they also asked about my work experience. Lastly, I went into the office for the third interview to meet the team I'd be working with. We all talked, and they got a feel for my personality and if I'd fit in with the team.

It was a 45-minute interview with standard questions. Nothing hard, and the interviewers were nice. You just need to be ready to talk about your work history, and you'll be good. That's it.
