Multiple recruiters contact you at once, which can be confusing. Some recruiters might place you in regions outside your usual work area. The interview process includes an initial phone interview with recruiters, followed by a Zoom meeting, and then a behavioral interview.

First, I had a call with a recruiter who just asked about my work history and when I'd be available. Then, I had a second interview over the phone with the person who would be my manager, and they also asked about my work experience. Lastly, I went into the office for the third interview to meet the team I'd be working with. We all talked, and they got a feel for my personality and if I'd fit in with the team.

I met with the office manager first, and it seemed like the interview went really well. She basically told me I had the job and the last meeting was just a formality to meet the producer. Then, weeks passed and nobody reached out to schedule that meeting. Finally, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with me.
