interviewed for 6 rounds over 2 months with people from different levels. it was really long without a clear timeline and i received no feedback after going through 5 rounds with them. the case required few slides on a business problem and the interviews were based on typical behavior questions with focus on culture.
I was contacted directly by a recruiter on LinkedIn about this role. The interview process involved three separate Zoom interviews, each about 45 minutes long. The recruiter was really knowledgeable about the kind of person who would be a good fit to support the CEO, even though I'm not based in NY.
I was passed along to many people, but none of them seemed to grasp the actual duties of the role, with each stating that the CEO was in charge of everything. There were just too many people involved, making the whole interview cycle feel drawn out and making me feel like they weren't trying to convince me to join. The conversations felt very one-sided.
